Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made in advance and secured with a deposit, except in the case of cash payments. Full payment is required before the tour starts.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.

3. Liability: Roxy’s Tour Service is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. Participants are advised to have personal insurance.

4. Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the instructions of the tour guide and maintain respectful behavior throughout the tour.

5. Changes: Roxy’s Tour Service reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Privacy: Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of the tour and will not be shared with third parties.
